Our Story
Founded in 2022 by Sal Rigoroso (Formally Charleston Plastics), Cornerstone Plastic Recycling was born from a vision: that plastic waste shouldn’t be the end of the line — it should be the start of new value. With backgrounds in materials engineering and sustainability, our leadership assembled a team dedicated to financial, environmental and operational efficiency in recycling. Starting with post-industrial plastics, we’ve grown into a full-service recycling provider with scaling infrastructure, quality control, and trusted downstream markets.
